Emmett McGregor - Host has founded or provided executive capacities (including board leadership, strategy, and investment) at multiple companies including: SciPhy Systems (CEO), Regenrus (President), Qi Life Sciences (President), Hifi Farms (Chairman) and Apple Pharms (Strategist). Currently at the helm of SciPhy Systems, he leads his team to implement the forefront of extraction and processing technology for clients across the country.

Emmett has spoken at industry events such as CBDexpo and Concentration, has been published in industry journals, as well as hosts the digital seminar series Plants to Plants, interviewing important figures in the field. As an investor and entrepreneur, he has pursued innovation across botanical ingredients manufacturing, organizational design, and supply chains.

William Wong is the co-founder of Agro Lighting, a horticultural lighting firm that helps commercial cultivators improve quality and yield by adapting application-specific lighting solutions.

As a highly technical firm, Agro Lighting is a pioneer in vertical farming and multi-tier cultivation. William and his team spent years developing a proprietary growing method - close proximity cultivation ("CPC"). CPC allows commercial cultivators to take advantage of the latest developments in horticultural lighting technology to lower operating costs while producing amazing quality products.

William is also the Managing Partner at Grow Better Industries, where he helps commercial cultivators launch their business through services such as license application support, fundraising, facility/operations design, and more.
When he's not working at Agro Lighting and Grow Better Industries, William enjoys traveling the country and brainstorming disruptive ideas to make the world a better place with other entrepreneurs.
